This confirmation means your acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid, including booking fees, will not be refunded. Less than one month, 50% of the total cost of your stay, including deposit and booking fee, will be due. Less than one week, the total amount of your stay will be due. In the event of force majeure (hospitalization, illness, death), we advise you to contact your insurance company.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR DELAYED ARRIVAL
No refunds or rescheduling will be made for early departures or late arrivals.
Deposit
A deposit of 200 euros will be required for the 40m2 apartments, the studio and the bedroom. This will be kept during your stay and released on the day of your departure after inspection of the rental if everything is in order. For the 115m2 apartment, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 1000 euros, which will be kept during your stay and returned on the day of departure after the rental has been checked if everything is in order. In the event of damage to equipment, we will be obliged to deduct the amount corresponding to the damage.
Booking fee
The booking fee for a rental or pitch is €15 and is non-refundable.
Advance payment
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay + booking fees + cancellation insurance + €3 for garbage collection will be requested at the time of booking.
WATER AND ELECTRICITY
Water and electricity are included in the rental price.
PARKING
Entrance to property and parking lot via electric gate with individual remote control and video surveillance. Parking for one car is included in the rental price. Additional cars must be parked outside the property (parking along the road to the village of Giens).
Visitors
Visitors must also park their vehicles outside the property.
Customer information
Any false declaration (addition or deletion of persons – false identity, etc.) will invalidate the reservation.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE
Arrival must be from 4pm. Before the day of your arrival, we will send you the procedure for collecting the keys independently. All our chalets have a key box. We ask you to arrive before 11 p.m. to limit noise disturbance to other tenants during the early hours of the night. On the day of departure, the rental must be vacated by 10am. Please dispose of your rubbish in the garbage can at the entrance to the property and collect your used linen.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your rental will be reserved for 24 hours from the date of arrival. After this time and without any news from you, your reservation will be cancelled and the total amount of your stay will be cashed. The total amount of your stay must be paid at least 1 month before your arrival. The customer undertakes to respect, and to ensure that any persons accompanying him/her respect, the rules and regulations of Tilou Locations, which are posted on the website. Any additional person for the night will not be accepted if the number of people in the rental has already been reached. If you wish to add more people during your stay, please inform us in advance. Only electric planchas are allowed. As our property does not have sufficient amperage to charge electric vehicles, it is strictly forbidden to charge your vehicles on the rental outlets. Pets are welcome provided they are vaccinated and kept on a leash.
