Compliance with the internal rules of the property is mandatory.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit.
1/ GENERAL CONDITIONS
All guests and visitors must comply with the rules and any other instructions provided by the managers of the property «Tilou Locations», during their stay.
An inventory will be made before the arrival of the client by us and at the departure of the client.
The hosts must inform the managers of any incident or neighbourhood complaint as soon as possible.
2/ NOISE AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
Guests and visitors are entirely and under all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood.
Guests and visitors should make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb other tenants and neighboring properties, especially during the night from 11pm to 8am, as well as upon arrival and departure.
Noise pollution is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions from the deposit.
The hosts and their potential visitors must not adopt any antisocial behavior.
They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighbourhood and residents.
3/ VISITORS
Visitors can visit our tenants if they park outside the property. There are parking spaces going up the road to go to Giens just 500m from the villa.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their visitors follow the rules.
If visitors are added to the rental for the night and they sleep on site, we will have to keep informed and paid the tourist tax rigorously.
4/ PARTIES AND EVENTS
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of gathering of spans in the property.
Any gathering in small groups must respect the other rules stipulated in this regulation, in particular with regard to noise, the neighborhood.
5/ PARKING
Each apartment has a single parking space within the property. It is fully fenced and under video surveillance. The entrance to the property is through an automated portal. We will send you the code and the remote control of it on arrival.
Visitors will have to park outside to visit our guests.
6/ HOUSEHOLD WASTE
Guests are required to dispose of their garbage in the containers provided for this purpose at the entrance of the property.
When you leave, we will kindly ask you to empty all the bins of your rental.
7/ DEPARTURE- ARRIVAL
On the day of your arrival, you can take possession of your rental from 4pm.
On the day of your departure, you must return the rental by 10am. Cleaning of the rental is included in the rate.
We will ask you on the day of your departure to put the fridge on 0, close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, group your used linen and empty the bins, to preserve the housing.
8/ Smoking
Guests are not allowed to smoke inside. Ashtrays are available to tenants on the terraces. Please throw your butts in the trash on the day of departure.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a hold on the deposit.
9/ PETS
Our friends pets are allowed within the property if they are vaccinated and kept on a leash.
We will ask you to ensure that your pet does not cause noise pollution to the neighborhood.
Any degradation and non-compliance with this clause may result in a hold on the deposit.
10/ CASSE ET DÉGEL
Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the managers of the property as soon as possible, non-signalement may result in a deduction on the deposit.
11/ COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
The violation of any rule included in this internal regulation constitutes a violation of the general conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the rental contract.
The managers and owners reserve the right to cancel the occupancy permit and evict from the seasonal rental property any host who refuses to respect the rules of procedure or who causes nuisance to neighbors or residents of the community.
