This confirmation means your acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid including the application fee will not be refunded. At less than one month, 50% of the total amount of the stay including the deposit, the administrative fee will be due. At less than a week, your entire stay will be due.
In case of force majeure (hospitalization, illness, death), we advise you to contact your insurer.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR DELAYED ARRIVAL
An early departure or a delayed arrival does not give rise to any refund.
Deposit
A deposit of 200 euros will be required for the apartments 40m2, the studio and the room, kept during your stay and unlocked after control of the rental on the day of your departure if everything is in order. For the apartment of 115m2, we will ask you a deposit of 1000 euros, it will be kept during the stay and returned on the day of departure after control of the rental if everything is in order.
In case of deterioration of the material, we will be obliged to collect the amount corresponding to the damage.
Booking fee
The booking fee for booking a rental or pitch is 15 € and is non-refundable.
Advance payment
A deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay + application fee + cancellation insurance + 3 € for participation in the collection of household waste will be requested at the reservation.
WATER AND ELECTRICITY
Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price.
PARKING
Entrance to the property and parking by electric gate with individual remote control under video surveillance. Parking for one vehicle is included in the rental price. Any additional car will have to park outside the property (parking along the road to go to the village of Giens).
Visitors
Visitors must park their vehicle outside the property as well.
Customer information
Any false declaration (addition or deletion of persons – false identity, etc.) will invalidate the reservation.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE
Arrival must take place from 4pm. Before the day of your arrival, we will send you the procedure to recover the keys in autonomy. All our rentals have a key box. We ask you to arrive before 11pm to limit noise to other tenants during the early night.
On the day of departure, the rental will have to be released by 10am. We will ask you to please throw your garbage in the room at the entrance of the property and collect your used laundry.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your rental will be booked for 24 hours from the date of arrival. After this period and without news from you, your reservation will be cancelled and the total amount of the stay cashed.
Your entire stay will be paid at the latest 1 month before your arrival.
The customer agrees to respect and enforce by the people who accompany him, the rules of Tilou Locations which is brought to his attention on the website.
Any additional person for the night will not be accepted in case the number of people in the rental is already reached. If you wish to add people during your stay, please inform us beforehand.
Only electric planchas are allowed.
Our property does not have enough amperage to charge electric vehicles, it is strictly forbidden to charge your vehicles on the rental outlets.
Our friends animals are accepted if they are vaccinated and kept on a leash.
