\nNon-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/ GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n

All guests and visitors must comply with the rules and any other instructions provided by the managers of the property \u00abTilou Locations\u00bb, during their stay.
\nAn inventory will be made before the arrival of the client by us and at the departure of the client.
\nThe hosts must inform the managers of any incident or neighbourhood complaint as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

2\/ NOISE AND NEIGHBOURHOOD<\/h2>\n

Guests and visitors are entirely and under all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood.
\nGuests and visitors should make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb other tenants and neighboring properties, especially during the night from 11pm to 8am, as well as upon arrival and departure.
\nNoise pollution is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions from the deposit.
\nThe hosts and their potential visitors must not adopt any antisocial behavior.
\nThey are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighbourhood and residents.<\/p>\n

3\/ VISITORS<\/h2>\n

Visitors can visit our tenants if they park outside the property. There is parking up the road to Giens just 500m from the villa.
\nGuests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors respect the rules.
\nIf visitors add to the rental for the night and sleep on site, we must be informed and the tourist tax must be paid.<\/p>\n

4\/ PARTIES AND EVENTS<\/h2>\n

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of gathering of spans in the property.
\nAny gathering in small groups must respect the other rules stipulated in this regulation, in particular with regard to noise, the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

5\/ PARKING<\/h2>\n

Each apartment has a single parking space within the property. It is fully fenced and under video surveillance. The entrance to the property is through an automated portal. We will give you the code and remote control when you arrive.
\nVisitors will have to park outside to visit our guests.<\/p>\n

6\/ HOUSEHOLD WASTE<\/h2>\n

Guests are required to dispose of their garbage in the containers provided for this purpose at the entrance of the property.
\nWhen you leave, we will kindly ask you to empty all the bins of your rental.<\/p>\n

7\/ DEPARTURE- ARRIVAL<\/h2>\n

On the day of your arrival, you can take possession of your rental from 4pm.
\nOn the day of your departure, you must return the rental by 10am. Cleaning is included in the price.
\nOn the day of your departure, we ask you to turn the fridge to 0, close the windows, turn off the air conditioning, collect your used linen and empty the bins, in order to preserve the accommodation.<\/p>\n

8\/ Smoking<\/h2>\n

Guests are not allowed to smoke inside. Ashtrays are available to tenants on the terraces. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the bins on the day of departure.
\nFailure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit.<\/p>\n

9\/ PETS<\/h2>\n

Our friends pets are allowed within the property if they are vaccinated and kept on a leash.
\nWe will ask you to ensure that your pet does not cause noise pollution to the neighborhood.
\nAny degradation and non-compliance with this clause may result in a hold on the deposit.<\/p>\n

10\/ CASSE ET D\u00c9GEL<\/h2>\n

Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the managers of the property as soon as possible, non-signalement may result in a deduction on the deposit.<\/p>\n

11\/ COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS<\/h2>\n

The violation of any rule included in this internal regulation constitutes a violation of the general conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the rental contract.
\nThe managers and owners reserve the right to cancel the occupancy permit and evict from the seasonal rental property any host who refuses to respect the rules of procedure or who causes nuisance to neighbors or residents of the community.<\/p>\n

12\/ TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

All stays must be paid for in full on arrival. In the event of an extension or booking of a new stay, the initial stay must be paid for before any confirmation. Failing this, the extension or new stay will be automatically cancelled. <\/p>\n
